1. General Agreement

By booking the Website in a Week or Website in a Month service with Senna Studio LTD, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms ensure a smooth, collaborative process and set clear expectations for both parties.

2. Services Provided

Website in a Week

  • Customization of a chosen website template tailored to your brand.

  • 6 pages included: Home, About, Contact, 3 Service/Offer Pages.

  • Brand styling: fonts, colors, favicon, and optional wordmark logo.

  • Basic SEO setup.

  • Website training videos to help you manage updates.

Website in a Month

  • Fully custom website designed to suit the unique needs of your business.

  • 8+ pages included: Home, About, Services, Contact, Blog/Podcast, Shop/Products, Long-form Sales Pages (if needed).

  • Custom branding package including color palette, custom fonts, and logo variations.

  • Integrations for scheduling, email marketing, and payment systems.

  • Advanced SEO setup.

  • Website training videos and documentation for ongoing management.

Any additional features or requests outside the agreed scope may result in extra charges.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the project is completed within the designated timeline:

  • Provide all necessary content (text, images, brand assets) before the start date.

  • Be available for feedback and approvals during the design period.

  • Follow the deadlines outlined by Senna Studio LTD to avoid project delays.

Senna Studio LTD is not responsible for delays due to late content submissions or unresponsive communication.

4. Payments & Booking

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your project.

  • The remaining 50% is due one week before project completion and launch.

  • Payment plans may be available upon request.

  • Failure to make timely payments may result in project delays.

All payments must be made via the methods agreed upon during the booking process.

5. Revisions

  • Website in a Week: Includes 1 round of revisions.

  • Website in a Month: Includes 2 rounds of revisions.

Additional revisions beyond what is included will be billed at an hourly rate of [Specify Rate].

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable.

  • If the project is canceled by the client after work has begun, any work completed will be billed accordingly, and any remaining balance will be due.

  • If Senna Studio LTD needs to cancel the project due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will be refunded any unused portion of payments.

7. Project Timelines

  • Website in a Week: The project will be completed within 7 days, provided all content is delivered on time and client feedback is prompt.

  • Website in a Month: The project will be completed within 30 days, with clear milestones and deadlines provided at the start of the project.

Delays due to client-side issues (e.g., late content, delayed feedback) may result in timeline extensions or additional fees.

8. Ownership & Copyright

  • Upon final payment, the client will have full ownership of the website design and assets.

  • Senna Studio LTD retains the right to display the work in their portfolio and marketing materials.

  • Any third-party assets (e.g., stock photos, fonts) used in the design are subject to the licensing agreements of the respective providers.

9. Post-Launch Support

  • Website in a Week: Includes basic support for 7 days post-launch to address any minor adjustments or fixes.

  • Website in a Month: Includes 14 days of post-launch support.

Additional support beyond the included timeframe can be arranged at an hourly rate of [Specify Rate].

10. Limitations of Liability

Senna Studio LTD will not be held responsible for:

  • Loss of revenue or data due to website issues after launch unless under a specific maintenance agreement.
